I took the plunge and had a lower face/neck lift because the rest of me looked 50 but my neck looked 80. The turkey neck had to go! I approached Dr Maloney because he had a lot of experience with male clients which made me feel more comfortable. I told him I didn't want to come out of this thing looking like Kenny Rogers or Barry Manilow and he laughed and assured me that would NOT be the case. In consultation he showed me the goal of the procedure via computer illustration and manipulated my neck and facial skin then went over the basics of what he'd need to do. He also went over the differences between aesthetics of how male and female facial surgery differs and how to get a natural result. I'm technical so I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them directly. The staff are very thorough, answered all my questions, and supported me through the journey of scheduling and completing the procedure. While there's no way anybody can really prepare you for the pre-op anxiety of having surgery on your face, they did the best job humanly possible. The rest was up to me. Since I took the time to investigate the procedure I was able to get a game plan in place for growing my hair out to cover incisions around my sideburns and back of head. Men should be aware that a facelift WILL change your hairline/sideburns and you WILL have incisions under the hair on the side and rear of your head. Longer hair is the best camouflage. I'm now 8 months post op and look so much better. I get a lot of compliments from those who know what I've had done. And for people who don't know me they all think I'm 10 years younger than I am. I'm glad I took the plunge and glad I chose Dr Maloney.
The best decision I had was Dr Maloney. A beautiful journey with care and incredible results. Dr Maloney truly cared for my needs, listened to all my questions and helped me go through the best plan for what I saw and what changes to put in plan. He showed interest from the first consultation till and he still does care for the best healing process. I was looking for a plastic surgeon for 3 years and when I consulted Dr Maloney I knew I was in the right hands. The back office team will take care of all your questions and you will have wonderful advice and support. Before surgery and after the surgery his support is what I dreamed of. I was very anxious and now I want to continue for more procedures of course under the care of Dr Maloney and his team. I stopped saying in the mirror how tired I am in the face (that was my frequent reaction I had for years when looking in the mirror). It is the best gift I did to myself to be under the care of Dr Maloney. Thank you Dr Maloney and your excellent team. EleniG

Dr. Maloney is one of the kindest men I have ever met! The added bonus is that he is a brilliant surgeon!! Dr. Maloney did a face lift and fat transfer on me and I am thrilled with the results!!! Megan is his assistant who coordinated everything for me and she is amazing!!! I truly do love Dr. Maloney and Megan and would ONLY use them!!
