Fantastic experience from the beginning to the end. I’ve been wanting blepharoplasty for many years. Ive been doing the research for at least five years; talking with different people ,researching doctors, and different ways for the procedure to be done. The moment I walked in, I knew I had made the best choice. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. They answered all my questions. Dr. Malone is not only p go, going but extremely knowledgeable about all things face. I decided to start with Botox until my procedure dates. And , Wow it was done perfectly! And not even a pinch! Next, came surgery day that was done on time and with no pain. I felt so ready with all the detail from staff and Doctor. The best part is I’m two weeks out and everything looks so beautiful! My two worries were pain and outcome of the procedure, and both were so easy! Even the removal of stitches was quick and painless. If your on the fence about getting a procedure done or have worries, I highly recommend Dr Maloney!!!

I had a very positive, informative, warm visit from the time I was welcomed at the door by a caring office staff until i was walking out and every bit of it was genuinely focused on what I wanted. They all really listened to me. My appointment moved smoothly and quickly from check in to consultation to procedures with no wait time between. When I met with Dr. Maloney, he explained what he would do clearly, was warm and listened to my goal. He made a couple of suggestions that would achieve what I wanted and went to work – talking me through each step. I really felt at ease. And the very best part? When I looked in the mirror when he was done, the results were WAY beyond my expectations and hopes! I had filler which he put in the area I was unhappy with but also a little in a couple of strategic places. WOW What a wonderful difference it made. I spent the rest of my day going to my mirror to keep looking at my face. I have avoided pictures for years but now, I welcome a picture!

Dr. Maloney and his staff are second to none. From the beginning of the journey, through the process and after, their concern for my welfare, expectations and results were great. All of my questions were answered and my results are very natural looking. His process of analyzing your concerns and designing a specific plan was superb.
