How Infini Works
INFINI combines the proven effectiveness of microneedling with high-intensity, focused radiofrequency technology. During treatment, a series of sterile gold-plated microneedles are used to penetrate through the skin’s surface and reach the deep layers of the dermis. Each microneedle tip delivers gentle heat to stimulate collagen growth. Over time, the dermis thickens, repairing itself, which in turn results in smoother, tighter skin.
One of the advantages of INFINI RF microneedling is that it does not involve incisions. The microneedles used are minimally invasive, leaving no scars or other long-term telltale signs of treatment.
Who is a good candidate for INFINI RF Microneedling?

INFINI is safe to use on the brow, outer corners of the eyes, upper lip, jaw line, neck and chest. It is safe for all skin types as well as for tanned skin. INFINI can be used as a stand – alone procedure or in conjunction with another skin or facial rejuvenation procedure. Dr. Maloney meets with each patient individually to evaluate his or her aesthetic needs and goals and design a treatment plan that achieves the best outcome.
INFINI RF Procedural Details
Treatment with INFINI can be completed in as little as 15 minutes or up to one hour. Depending on the patient’s needs and goals, Dr. Maloney may recommend repeat sessions.
Prior to treatment, a topical numbing ointment is applied to the treatment area, ensuring maximum comfort. A handheld device with the microneedles will be applied over the treatment area. Patients may feel some heat and slight pressure as the device works. Once the device has been applied to all targeted areas, patients can resume their normal activities.
Slight redness and swelling after treatment is normal. These side effects should subside substantially after one to two days but can take up to a week to completely resolve. While some of the effects of treatment will be seen almost immediately, the final results can take up to six months as the body continues to rebuild collagen.
